Both Sally & I were sad about the passing of
John Ritter on Friday. It's a shock to everyone, especially since he was in the press a lot lately, promoting
8 Simple Rules.... I wonder what they're going to do with the show now.
I remember watching him on
Three's Company and that wasn't too long ago because it's on syndication on Nick -at- Nite.
My prayers are with his family.
John's son, Jason is in
Joan of Arcadia this season. I got this free DVD from blockbuster and it has a sneak peak of the show. You probably shouldn't get it because it gives away the the whole plot of the pilot. But it looks really good. I'm definitely going to see it, but arrgh, it conflicts with
Miss Match. There are so many shows I want to see that are on the same time.
Sunday The only thing I watch on Sundays is
60 Minutes. Haha. My grandpa always wants to watch it. :)
Monday Yeah, I don't really like Mondays. Plus, I usually get a lot of homework on Monday's so I don't get time to watch TV... thus my lack of interest in any shows this day.
Tuesday Of course, I have to watch
Gilmore Girls at 8PM, but
Whoopi is on at the same time! I watched the premiere last week and it was hilarious! I'll probably watch
One Tree Hill just because it's on but it doesn't really interest me. If it gets too boring, I'll watch
Less Than Perfect. It's great fun. But I'm angry at
OTH because it's the time slot that
Fearless is supposed to be in. (
Fearless is a new TV show starring Rachel Leigh Cook that got pushed back to midseason because the execs felt it'd be best --I dunno why? This is so stupid!)
Wednesday The only show I'll be watching this day is
Angel. Which is funny because it's now in it's 5th season which is so crazy, and I never watched it before. But...4 seasons already... how did that happen so fast? This means
Roswell would be going into it's 5th season now if it was still on...
Thursday Friends is going to be on the same time as
Tru Calling! Plus, Fox is moving
The OC to Thursdays this fall, which is horrible because then it'll be on the same time as
Will & Grace &
Coupling. The latter show doesn't interest me as much, it just looks like a CC of
Friends but everyone says no way it is. That they're very different... but all the hype is getting me interested, so I'll just give it a chance.
Friday Like I mentioned above,
JOA &
Miss Match are on at the same time. But I forgot about
Like Family. The name is stupid, yes I agree but
Diane Farr is in it! For those of you in outer space, she played Amy DeLuca, Maria's mom in
Roswell.
Speaking of
Roswell, tonight is
Wuthering Heights on MTV, starring none other than Katherine Heigl. I can't wait. Plus, her character's name is Isabel. How strange is that?
Haha, I don't want to make this post longer but... yesterday I went to see
Matchstick Men. It's such a great movie. I loved it. My brother & I kept talking and talking about it afterwards. Okay, I won't spoil it... but yeah it's definitely worth seeing twice. So I won't mind... I also rented
White Oleander last night because I wanted more
Alison Lohman. Another great movie! I really want to read both novels now.
