Dear Blog....You poor neglected thing! Has the nasty man not come and written on you for a while? Well the nasty man has a lot on his mind recently - but more of that later on.
So, I just thought I'd take this opportunity between the two Big Brother eviction programmes on Friday night to pop on and say "Hi". I've also got a Facebook page as well, but the weird thing about Facebook is that you have to join it in order and create a profile etc in order to view anybody's profile. What I mean is that you'd have to be a member of Facebook in order to see the link that I'm not going to give you anyway :O)
This week has been s..t..r..a..n..g..e. It's been a week on hols. For 1.5 days we were in Tenby in South Wales. It is a real paradise down there, and we plan to go back there at some point. The rest of the week has been "doing stuff", (more of that later on).
Now we have a Bank Holiday Weekend upon us. Let's hope the weather improves, eh?
Well, as lame as this blog entry started.....lol.... it's going to end that way as well! :O)

What Do You Do When The Bloke From The Local Fish & Chip Shop Is In The Car Behind You?Okay.... it's not a question that springs to mind too often. In fact, if truth be told, it's the first time I've ever posed this one - as it happened to me the other day. He's a nice guy. And the fish & chips are good as well. But being one of those "public faces", he was trying to ignore me. Or maybe he really doesn't like me and just takes my money and talks about me after I've left his shop - and he really wouldn't dream of registering my existence in public in case I ruined his street credibility. (Do fish & chip shop owners have street cred?.....)
Anyway, it was the end of an otherwise uneventful day, and the thought of communicating with the bloke in the car behind me whose only other meaningful conversations with me are: "Is that a medium or large cod?" soon dissipated as the traffic pulled away from the lights and we trundled off down the road to the next set of lights. I checked again. But he had gone. Vanished. Perhaps slipped through a rip in the fabric of the space-time continuim, or just turned off the slip road.... who knows.
Still, it's the weekend and we're off to Wales tomorrow - where I've just spent all week at work. It's a funny old world ain't it? :O)
