I think God can and will make our dreams come true. in the bible it says that He will give us the desires of our hearts. I guess that means the same thing. but imagine God doing that for us. We have for so long thought of Him as stern and far off, randomly doing a miracle here or there. But not lovingly caring for all our dreams and making them come true! We underestimate God grossly. perhaps we don't know Him. It is His good pleasure to give us the kingdom. some of us don't even know what our dreams are. when God whispers in our ear that He will make them come true we wonder what He could possibly mean! We have given up dreaming because of the negativity of our lives. What can one do? How can i make it in this world? etc. we gave up dreaming long ago. but perhaps with God we can begin to dream again. 'because with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.' imagine, if you will, just how loving God is, that He will make all your dreams come true. THAT'S our God. not some far away, silent, hands off figure head.. Dare to dream!

I bought "The Passion of the Christ" on dvd. And I watched it. it was actually different than it was in the theatre, and i didn't blubber and cry all over the place like i did the first time. i was prepared this time. and of course had seen it before. but this time the thing that ended up bothering me after the viewing was judas. i was thinking of people who get lost, right under Jesus' nose. and i got scared. i wondered how judas had walked with Jesus as if everything was right as rain until the very end, and then ended up slipping through His fingers. i wondered how many people that happens to. i thought maybe hell was only a bad thought or two away. and that the devil could win. i panicked about it and wrote to my mentor, who pointed out that judas while he travelled with Jesus' ministry was in charge of the money and he was stealing and never came to Jesus and asked for forgiveness. so judas had chosen the wrong path long before the end, and did not choose to go to Christ. and that's the whole point, you would have to choose to not go to Christ, you would have to walk away. because Jesus will never leave you or forsake you.
